It all began with a sweet request from my sister’s husband. With half of us now living states away, he wanted to surprise her with video messages from family and close friends, wishing her a happy birthday. As I began preparing to record my bit, I found it difficult to put my thoughts into words. After some time, I decided to reach for my pencil. That’s when Fancy Shoes sprang to life.
